At Secret Spot Amsterdam, we understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel your registration for an art class, event or workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that any costs already incurred by Secret Spot Amsterdam — such as materials, supplies, or other workshop-related expenses — may be deducted from the refund amount.

If we need to cancel a class or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
